I bought the device at this mall and was not informed that it would have a virtual chip until then, but I tried to get in touch to find out how to proceed and no one answered. I sent it via WhatsApp and without any response, I ended up calling Tim and they gave me the information. If they gave me the store number, the least they would have to do was return my request. The store's customer service was poor, but due to the lack of information it was really bad as they should have explained it.

Terrible service, I had to return several times and my problem was not resolved.
